Legal Counsel, Healthcare and Technology Our client is a leading technology healthcare corporate, with assets and operations on a global scale. They have a diverse portfolio of world class companies, and now require a new Legal Counsel to join them in their Abu Dhabi Head Office. Some examples of the things you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on are listed below:
- Structuring corporate deals, and running transaction projects
- Regular commercial contract management
- Helping business units adhere to the regulatory and compliance environment
- Dispute management and avoidance strategy
- A guideline PQE range will be 3-6years of experience
- You will likely have trained and qualified with a recognised international standard law firm, or corporate
- Ideal candidates will have a strong background in corporate, commercial, JV\xe2\x80\x99s and tech
- Current in-house or secondment work will be strongly valued
- Any exposure to the healthcare industry is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ideal candidates will be based in the Middle East already, but overseas candidates can also be considered
