Legal Counsel, Healthcare Services, Abu Dhabi CLIENT: We have partnered with a leading healthcare organisation in Abu Dhabi, who are seeking a new Legal Counsel to add to their small team. They\xe2\x80\x99re well backed financially and in a strong position to push growth. ROLE: Essentially, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for managing and turning around day to day commercial contracts, across the sectors of healthcare and education. You\xe2\x80\x99ll often be partnering with multinational consultancies, law firms and external providers. Key to the role will be assisting the commercial business achieve their aims across research, education, TMT, IP and general corporate commercial issues. CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to be taken into consideration:
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need around 5-7 years post qualified experience.
  • It\xe2\x80\x99s essential that you\xe2\x80\x99ve got higher education from a western law school or university.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience in a scientific research, pharma or healthcare environment.
  • Arabic skills will be helpful, but not essential.
  • The role will be based in Abu Dhabi, and you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to live and be based there.
