My client is looking for a Legal Counsel to work inhouse to join their growing team. The role is full time in the office, and they are seeking a Legal Counsel to manage a variety of legal domains concentrating on transaction law and corporate law.
It is essential to have experience working in a law firm or in-house within their legal department. Specalising in transaction law and corporate law
Candidates outside of Dubai will not be considered.

Duties Include:
- Provide advice and guidance on a broad range of legal issues, including corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance matters, and contract negotiation.
- Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure coherent and consistent legal support.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and training.
- Manage legal risks by designing and implementing processes to ensure the company\'s operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Requirements
- Law Degree from an accredited law school.
- 5 to 7 years of professional legal experience, with a proven track record in transaction law and corporate law.
- Experience in transaction law and corporate law.
- Previous experience in both a law firm and a corporate legal department or family office is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Common Law principles is highly desirable.
- Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
