Job Description
This is one of the most exciting companies we have been briefed by in some years. It is a young company with a hugely impressive CEO at the helm. Having gone through a period of rapid expansion in the last 12 months, they are now looking for their first inhouse legal counsel in Dubai to support them through the next phase of growth.
The role will be a generalist corporate/commercial one and this hire will be expected to take charge of all legal matters pertaining to the business - commercial agreements, employment, litigation, and crucially all transactional Corporate matters as the business continues to acquire and grow.
The ideal candidate would be a 2-5 years pqe corporate lawyer from a top international law firm (secondment experience is a plus) who is ambitious to take on something a little bit broader in a different sort of environment. UK qualified candidates are the preference but other common law qualified individuals will also be considered.
