Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Providing legal review and advice on contracts mainly related but not limited to business development, goods trading, services, and employment
2.Providing legal research, analysis and advice on business activities and related legal issues
3.Gathering, analysing, and disseminating relevant legal information/updates in the Middle East & Africa
4.Strengthening relationships with external legal experts such as law firms
5.Collaborating with other corporate departments to enhance the efficiency of corporate functions Requirement & Experience
1.Degree in law (min. LLB or JD)
2.At least 3 years experience in a law firm as a qualified lawyer (from any jurisdiction)
3.Preferably: familiar with English law and/or company engaged in investments and/or international goods trading Min Experience: 3 Years Salary : AED 22000 Temp/Perm:: Permanent Location : Dubai Posted Date: June 1, 2025 '
