Job Description
A well established regional manufacturing company is looking to hire a Legal Counsel in Dubai
The role\'s key accountability is to manage the contracts and corporate resolutions drafting process, review and draft contracts; advise on several legal matters as assigned and ensure proper policies concerning contracting and legal liabilities are in place and well implemented.
Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract drafting and review in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Experience in Manufacturing operations
Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic would be an advantage
