Legal Counsel - Contracts

What you\'ll deliver
- You\'ll draft, review, negotiate and finalise agreements carried out by the DA Legal Contracts team between DA and its various external parties
- You\'ll develop and manage the service level agreements (SLA) with other DA business units as required.
- You\'ll provide first level legal support and advice relating to a broad range of agreements to the various DA business units
- You\'ll conduct research on areas of potential risk or exposure to DA in its contracts and operations and ensure where necessary amendments
- You\'ll provide assistance to other members of DA Legal on disputes matters that arise from or in connection with contracts to which DA is a party.
- You should be educated to a Bachelor\'s Degree in Law acquired 5 - 7 years of overall experience, with 6 months - 3 years of relevant experience
- You\'ll have lawyer license from approved regulator or equivalent
- You\'ll have knowledge of drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts management, commercial negotiations and procurement processes.
- You\'ll have knowledge of the federal & local laws of the UAE and Dubai, including the regulations & accreditation standards applicable to the aviation
