JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Conduct research routines to stay abreast with the legal framework governing and the agricultural/food security sector, and update the Sr, Legal Counsel regularly.
- Draft, review, amend and evaluate the legal documents, contracts, RFPs, partnership agreements, etc.
- Ensure timely intervention in disputes and/ or legal claims related to business in alignment with the Sr, Legal Counsel.
- Prepare reports, records keeping, and updates regarding current ongoing cases in alignment with the Sr, Legal Counsel.
- Liaise with external lawyers and third-party law firms in alignment with the Legal Counsel.
- Perform other duties as required by the Sr, Legal Counsel.
