Job Title Legal Counsel
Description
- Negotiate, draft and review all commercial contracts.
- Provide legal and strategic advice on new proposals and bespoke contracts, especially in Arabic, for internal commercial stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with external counsel in matters of litigation both in the UAE and across the region.
- Liaise with government entities and other external regulators.
- Advise internal stakeholders on compliance and regulatory matters.
- Be approachable and collaborative when working with other business functions to provide legal advice.
- At least 8 years of experience, with some experience in an in-house role.
- Must have experience in the telecom or technology industry.
- Impeccable Arabic drafting skills, demonstrable by previous body of work.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
