Job Description

Job Title: Legal Consultant
Full-Time/ In-House
We are hiring a Legal Consultant to assist with contract management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. The consultant will work closely with senior management and external legal counsel to ensure we operate within legal and ethical boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review service agreements, MoUs, and NDAs
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor and business laws
  • Advise on risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide legal support for internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • LLB or JD; licensed to practice law
  • 2+ years of legal experience (consulting or in-house preferred)
  • Strong contract law and business law knowledge
  • High ethical standards and attention to detail.
