Experience:
Worked as a Legal Advisor in the UAE for minimum of 5 years.
Excellent legal research skills.
Commercial/transactional areas of contract drafting: 5 years (required)
Negotiations & Deal Management: 5 years (required)
Experience in Criminal law: 5 years (required)
Role & Responsibilities:
Litigation before UAE Courts, Case Management and Dispute Resolution
Manage all types of court cases, specifically criminal cases, before all degrees of courts, meet clients, request documents, prepare evidence, and draft memos, petitions, pleadings, different applications and requests.
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes and reach amicable solutions.
Legal Advisory and Consultation
Provide clear, concise, accessible, well-reasoned verbal and written legal consultation advice in all legal matters in UAE, in Arabic and English.
Attend business meetings, provide solutions, legal support, and consultation in all legal matters in corporate, commercial, labour, banking and civil law, in all legal issues in UAE, in Arabic and English.
Legal Drafting, Legal Review and Legal Due Diligence
Draft court memos, agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and all legal documents in English and Arabic.
Draft, review and negotiate all types of contracts, legal documents, court pleadings, motions, memorandums, legal correspondence, and legal opinions in English and Arabic.
Salary shall be dependent on experience.
