We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to provide legal advisory services and ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations. The role involves contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal risk assessment.
Key responsibilities
Provide legal advice in accordance with UAE laws and regulations
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, agreements, and policies
Handle corporate, commercial, labor, and civil law matters
Liaise with government authorities, legal firms, and regulatory bodies
Ensure company compliance with DED, MOHRE, and other UAE regulations
Support dispute resolution, arbitration, and litigation matters
Maintain legal documentation and case records
Monitor and update management on changes in UAE laws
Assist in company formation, licensing, renewals, and amendments
Advise management on legal risks and mitigation strategies
Strong knowledge of UAE commercial, labor, and corporate laws
Experience dealing with Dubai courts and government authorities
Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong analytical and communication skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
