Business Consulting company in Dubai is looking for Legal Consultant and Lawyer Skills and knowledge required \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the UAE commercial, labor, civil, criminal and real estate law \xc2\xb7 Ability to draft memorandums, statements of claims, pleadings and defense \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of compliance with applicable laws, regulations and standards \xc2\xb7 Ability to make legal research and analysiy of laws, regulations and precedents \xc2\xb7 Client relationship management - building and maintaining clients relationships \xc2\xb7 High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality \xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages \xc2\xb7 Bachelor degree or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in law Minimum working experience in the UAE as Legal Consultant for at least 5 years.
