Legal Consultant (Immigration and Labour, Cross-Border Document Legalization, Corporate)

We are seeking a Legal Consultant to join our team in Dubai.
The candidate must have:
Solid knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration procedures, and documents attestation and legalization processes.
Prior experience working in a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) environment.
Experience representing clients before UAE authorities and free zones.
Hands-on experience working with, including but not limited to, the following free zones: IFZA, Meydan, SAIF Zone, AFZ (Ajman Free Zone), DWTC, RAK ICC, and DMCC.
Candidates without experience in these matters will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
- full-scope support in obtaining employment/investor/golden/sponsor visas in the UAE for foreign citizens, visas renewals, cancellations, etc.;
- support in obtaining work permits;
- preparation of employment agreements;
- support with document authentication, attestation, and legalization with various authorities and embassies;
- support with corporate and personal bank accounts opening;
- communication with various government bodies of the UAE, free zones, support of clients in communication with various authorities;
- establishment of companies in the UAE Mainland and Free Zones, license renewals, upgrades/downgrades, etc.;
- preparation of powers of attorney, MoAs, shareholders' resolutions and resolutions of the board of directors, other corporate documents, ensuring their legal translation and notarization;
- preparation of various commercial contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable university. Master's degree or additional legal qualifications will be a plus;
- More than 3 years of experience, of which at least 1 - 2 years of experience in the UAE - in the field of visa processing, legalizations, and company registration;
- Professional knowledge of English (not lower than Upper Intermediate), knowledge of Arabic / Russian will be an advantage;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong decision-making skills and the confidence to manage processes without requiring constant oversight;
- Solid understanding and experience in contract law, commercial agreements, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
