We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE law and a proven track record of success in the UAE legal landscape.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Proficient in drafting legal memoranda.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai Courts and Etihad system Courts.
Comprehensive knowledge of drafting commercial contracts.
Experience in resolving rental disputes.
Qualifications:
Law degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 4 years of legal experience within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE law and legal procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
Having a UAE driving license is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
