Minimum of 3 years of legal experience in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to handling a variety of cases and legal matters.
Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents in both English and Arabic.
Extensive experience handling civil, rental, commercial, criminal, and labor disputes, as well as contract drafting.
Strong legal advisory, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Drafting and review pleadings, Memorandum, Legal Notice, Legal Opinion and any documents for court submissions.
Review and assess legal cases, risks, and potential outcomes.
Oversee the progress of ongoing cases and ensure timely action at each stage of litigation.
Prepare case summaries, briefing notes, and status updates for management.
Attend meetings with clients to gather information, discuss legal strategies, provide case updates (if needed) and address any concerns.
Handle pre-litigation cases to drive clients toward the second stage of proceedings and ensure timely progression.
