We are looking for a highly competent

Bilingual Legal Consultant specialized in Litigation

to assist in managing and advising on dispute resolution and court proceedings in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) years of UAE experience and has a strong background in UAE litigation processes, court systems (including Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Courts, Federal Courts, etc), and experience coordinating with local advocates. The role involves preparing memorandums, reviewing case files, analyzing legal issues, and supporting the litigation team in handling civil, commercial, labor, criminal, and family matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice on civil, commercial, labor, criminal and family litigation cases under UAE law. Prepare, review, and analyze legal documents such as statements of claim, memoranda, appeals, and supporting documentation for court submissions. Liaise with and support licensed UAE advocates and law firms handling court representation. Coordinate with clients to gather evidence, documentation, and information related to cases. Assist in legal strategy development and case analysis for disputes and litigation matters. Attend expert meetings, police stations, public prosecutions, and court sessions when required. Conduct legal research and ensure alignment with UAE legislation, court procedures, and judicial precedents. Advise clients and internal departments on litigation risks, rights, and obligations.
