Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memorandums, and other legal documents both in Arabic and English.
Analyze case law, judicial rulings, and court procedures to ensure favorable outcomes for clients or the organization.
Has a strong knowledge or background of the Dubai court system and all other courts in the UAE.
