We are seeking a qualified and licensed lawyer to join our legal team as a
Legal Consultant
. This role is open to candidates
willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in legal advisory and litigation, with a focus on:
Debt recovery and payment disputes
Labor and employment-related legal matters
Partner/shareholder conflict resolution
Enforcement of contracts with clients and suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage legal actions related to the recovery of outstanding payments and debts.
Represent the company in labor courts and handle employment-related disputes.
Advise on partnership and shareholder conflicts, supporting resolution efforts.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, legal notices, and settlements.
Liaise with external legal counsel, courts, and government authorities as required.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law
(valid license from country of origin or Saudi Arabia preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
; a Master's degree is an asset.
3-5 years of relevant legal experience
, ideally with exposure to Saudi legal matters.
Strong understanding of
Labor Law

Commercial Law

Fluent in
Arabic

English proficiency
