Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Legal Advisor

with 10 to 15 years of legal experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a broad legal background across corporate, commercial, real estate, construction, regulatory, employment, and dispute resolution matters. This is a senior-level role offering significant responsibility, autonomy, and involvement in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support across a wide range of practice areas including: Corporate and commercial transactions Construction and real estate matters Employment law and regulatory compliance Litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents. Advise on legal risks and help ensure regulatory compliance across the business. Manage external counsel and oversee active legal proceedings when required. Stay updated on changes in UAE laws and provide timely legal updates to management. Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance on business operations. Lead or mentor junior members of the legal team as required.

Requirements

Minimum of

10 years of post-qualification legal experience

, preferably 10-15 years, with at least

7+ years based in the UAE

. Qualified to practice law (UAE or internationally). Deep knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, and regulatory law. Strong experience in

contract negotiation

. Familiarity with UAE arbitration and court systems (DIAC, ICC, ADGM, DIFC). Fluent in

English
