Requirements:

Experience handling Civil, Rental, Commercial, Criminal, Labor Disputes, Contract Drafting, and Legal Due Diligence.

Strong communication, negotiation, and legal advisory skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Legal Consultation to prospective clients in areas including but not limited to Civil, Commercial, Criminal, Labor, Rental, and Contract Law

2. Attend 10 - 15 client meetings per day, both in-office and via calls or video conferencing.

3. Analyze client legal issues and provide tailored solutions aligned with local laws and regulations

4. Draft, review, and revise legal agreements, MOUs, contracts, and other legal documents.

5. Prepare customized legal service proposals and tailor-made pricing strategies based on client requirements and industry benchmarks.

6. Actively pursue and convert leads into paying clients, contributing to revenue generation and firm growth

7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

8. Collaborate with litigation and corporate legal teams to ensure seamless client handover and service delivery

9. Stay updated on legal developments, amendments, and industry trends to ensure consultations are current and credible.

10. Prepare and deliver legal sales pitches, proposals, and client onboarding documentation

11. Follow up with potential clients, nurture leads, and build long-term relationships for repeat businesses.

12. Assist in developing client-specific strategies for legal risk mitigation and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
