Responsibilities

Proficient in drafting court documents, memos, applications, legal opinions, contracts, and other relevant legal paperwork.
Be well-versed in UAE laws and stay abreast of legal developments, conduct legal research, and provide updates on relevant legal issues.
Attend to cases in Court with local lawyers and provide necessary guidance in handling cases before court and other departments.
Provide sound legal advice to clients on various matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Attend to matters before Police Authorities, Rental Dispute Centre, Road and Transport Authority (RTA), Ministries and other Authorities
Drafting of civil and criminal cases, family matters, real estate, RDC, recovery of claims and bank settlements and other such legal matters independently
Manage and oversee legal cases from inception to resolution, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' interests are effectively represented.
Engage in negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients, demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common legal objectives.
Ability to deal with clients and communicate with them on progress of the case.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 3 years of experience practicing law in mainly Dubai and UAE.
Strong command of Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Laws, procedures of court, legal systems, regulations, etc.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality.
Valid academic degree for legal practicing license.
Experience working within a team
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Organized and efficient, able to work to tight deadlines
