Faimy Amar and Co Legal Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced

Bilingual Legal Consultant

fluent in

English and Arabic

to join our team in

Ajman

. This is a full-time position ideal for a legal professional who has in-depth knowledge of UAE laws and can confidently handle a wide range of legal matters for both corporate and individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate legal advice in areas such as civil, commercial, corporate, labor, and immigration law Draft and review legal contracts, agreements, and other documents in

Arabic and English

Translate legal documents and communicate clearly with Arabic- and English-speaking clients Represent clients in legal consultations, negotiations, and proceedings when required Ensure all legal services are compliant with

UAE laws and regulations

Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums, legal opinions, and reports Liaise with government authorities, courts, and regulatory bodies on behalf of clients Maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and professional service

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree or UAE legal certification is a plus Minimum

2 years of legal experience in the UAE

Must be

fluent in Arabic and English

(spoken and written) Strong legal drafting and document review skills Solid understanding of UAE legal system, procedures, and court structures Ability to manage multiple legal cases and work independently Excellent communication, research, and client-service skills Currently based in

Ajman

or willing to relocate
