Legal Associate

We are looking for a qualified and licensed Legal Associate to join our expanding legal team on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise with a focus on legal advisory and litigation, particularly in the following areas:

Debt recovery and payment disputes Labor and employment law Partner and shareholder conflict resolution Contract enforcement with clients and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on matters related to debt recovery and financial claims Manage labor and employment disputes, including representation before Saudi labor courts Assist in resolving conflicts among partners and shareholders Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal notices, and settlement agreements Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and judicial bodies as required Offer day-to-day legal support to internal departments and business units

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law (a valid legal license from your home country is required; a Saudi legal license is advantageous) Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree is a plus 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to Saudi legal frameworks Strong knowledge of labor law, commercial law, and dispute resolution Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is highly desirable Excellent skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation Willingness to relocate to Riyadh and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment
