Legal Associate

Location:

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a skilled and licensed Legal Associate to join our expanding legal team on a full-time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in legal advisory and litigation, with practical experience in the following areas:

Debt recovery and payment disputes Labor and employment law Resolution of partner and shareholder conflicts Contract enforcement with clients and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on debt recovery and financial claim matters Manage labor and employment disputes, including representing the company before Saudi labor courts Assist in resolving disputes involving partners and shareholders Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal notices, and settlement agreements Liaise with external legal counsel, government authorities, and judicial bodies as necessary Deliver day-to-day legal support to various internal departments and business units

Qualifications:

Valid legal license to practice law in your home country; possession of a Saudi legal license is a plus Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree preferred 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with familiarity with Saudi legal systems Strong knowledge of labor law, commercial law, and dispute resolution mechanisms Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is highly desirable Exceptional skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation Willingness to relocate and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in Riyadh
