Position: Legal Associate
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a
qualified and licensed Legal Associate
to join our growing legal team on a full-time basis. This role is based inRiyadh, Saudi Arabia
, and is open to candidates who arewilling to relocate
.The ideal candidate will bring strong legal expertise--particularly in
legal advisory and litigation
--with hands-on experience in the following areas:Debt recovery and payment disputes
Labor and employment law
Partner and shareholder conflict resolution
Contract enforcement with clients and suppliers
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on legal matters related to the recovery of outstanding debts and financial claims Handle labor and employment-related disputes, including representation before Saudi labor courts Assist in resolving internal conflicts involving partners and shareholders Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal notices, and settlement agreements Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and judicial bodies as needed Provide day-to-day legal support to internal departments and business functions
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law (valid legal license from your home country is required; a Saudi legal license is a plus) Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); a Master's degree is an advantage 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with exposure to Saudi legal frameworks Strong knowledge of labor law, commercial law, and dispute resolution practices Fluent in
Arabic
; proficiency inEnglish
is a strong asset Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills Willingness torelocate to Riyadh
