Key Responsibilities:
1. Federal Court System Management:
Perform
case registration
, updates, and monitor case statuses through the UAE Federal Court System.
Ensure timely and accurate submissions of all required documents for legal case
2. Reporting:
Prepare and deliver
monthly case reports
summarizing the status and progress of all active and closed cases.
Maintain a well-organized database and records of all legal matters for easy access and reporting.
3. Legal Documentation:
Draft and review legal documents such as
contracts, agreements, and legal notices
in both Arabic and English.
Translate legal documents and correspondence as needed.
Ensure all documentation complies with UAE laws and regulations.
4. Team Coordination:
Work closely with the legal team to provide administrative and operational support.
Act as the liaison between the legal department, courts, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
Organize and manage schedules for meetings, hearings, and appointments.
5.Legal Research and Compliance:
Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation and legal advisory work.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of
3 years of experience
as a Legal Assistant within a law firm in the UAE.
