Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Paralegal / Legal Assistant

with a strong background in corporate and investment law to join our Dubai office. The role will focus on

shareholders' agreements, equity structures, cross-border investments, and international business transactions

, providing support to senior lawyers in high-profile cases and deals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and reviewing

shareholders' agreements, equity transfer documents, and investment contracts

. Support senior lawyers in

M&A transactions, private equity, and cross-border deals

. Conduct legal research on

UAE corporate law, foreign investment regulations, and international business matters

. Draft memos, case summaries, and professional correspondence for clients. Maintain organized case files and ensure accuracy in documentation. Liaise with clients, investors, and authorities to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law

(UK/US graduates strongly preferred; UAE or other international backgrounds also considered).

2+ years' legal experience

in corporate, investment, or business law. Strong knowledge of

shareholders' agreements, equity structures, and corporate governance

. Excellent

English legal drafting and communication skills

(both written & spoken). Arabic language is

not required

; international exposure is preferred. Strong organizational, research, and analytical abilities.
