Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, lease contracts, and service agreements in compliance with RERA guidelines
Ensure all real estate transactions and company operations adhere to UAE laws and RERA regulations
Liaise with government entities, regulatory bodies, and external legal counsel as needed
Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise management on implications
Maintain legal documentation and compliance registers
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to legal compliance
Provide legal support during property registration, licensing, and renewal processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master's preferred
Minimum 5 years of legal experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or property development
Strong knowledge of RERA laws, UAE civil code, and commercial regulations
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Strong organizational and communication abilities
