Job Description
- Draft and negotiate agreements/legal contracts in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
- Thorough knowledge in the field of Commercial Law, company formation and related legal requirements.
- Provide legal counsel to companies and clients on the legal aspect of business.
- Legal advice to the group on mergers/acquisitions.
- Handle corporate risk management and minimize company's exposure to litigation.
- Familiar with anti-corruption laws, compliance/due diligence requirements.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English languages.
- Age between 30 to 45 years
- Qualification : LLB/LLM
