We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced
Legal Advisor
to join our company. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge ofUAE laws and regulations
and provide accurate legal guidance to management across all business operations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice on
UAE laws
, includingcommercial, labor, civil, corporate, and compliance matters
Draft, review, and negotiatecontracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and legal notices
Ensure company compliance withUAE government authorities
(MOHRE, DED, Courts, Police, Insurance, etc.) Handlelegal disputes, claims, and court-related documentation
Liaise withexternal lawyers, legal consultants, and government entities
Advise management on legal risks and risk mitigation strategies Monitor changes in UAE laws and update company policies accordingly Support HR and Operations on labor law issues, terminations, warnings, and disputesRequired Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in
Law
(Master's Degree preferred)Minimum 5-10 years
of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE Strong knowledge ofUAE Labor Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, and Corporate Law
Experience working withUAE courts and government authorities
Excellent contract drafting and legal documentation skills Ability to provide clear legal opinions and practical solutions Fluent inEnglish
(Arabic is a strong advantage) Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills High level of confidentiality and professionalismPreferred Requirements:
Experience in
transportation, logistics, or corporate sector.
Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and corporate governance Valid UAE residency (preferred)Salary:
