Job Title: Legal Consultant / Legal Advisor (UAE Nationals)

Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai, UAE Employment l Type: Contract / Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated UAE National Legal Consultant to provide expert legal support to a leading property management firm in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters, including contracts, advisory services, and dispute resolution, while contributing to the company's Emiratization objectives.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Review and research legal issues and provide clear, actionable advice.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with third parties.

- Attend meetings with stakeholders to discuss business and legal matters.

- Provide timely legal consultation via email or phone during business hours.

- Represent the company in rental disputes before the Dubai Rental Committee.

- Review and respond to relevant correspondence on behalf of the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

- UAE National with a legal qualification or licensed to practice in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of UAE civil and corporate law, with practical experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work proactively under deadlines.

- Experience in property management or real estate sector is a plus.
