Job description RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Assist Dispute Resolution handling all legal procedures before local courts in the UAE to including preparation of cases for filling online, follow ups, attending online hearings, prepare weekly progress reports.
ideally, require lawyers with High Court experience from a recognized common law jurisdiction to assist and managed work
Need of an experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyer who is comfortable with both, high value and high-profile litigation & arbitration matters.
Provide front-end advice on contracts.
Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.

REQUIREMENTS: -

At least 5-6 years of experience at a law firm, operating in a recognized law firm.
JD or LLB with exceptional academic credentials.
Common law admitted with some experience within their jurisdiction equivalent of their higher court.
Proven track record within leading dispute team - Confident managing their own caseload and interacting with clients.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism.
