Legal Advisor
Job Description
Legal Advisor : Act as in-house counsel and advise the company concerning legal issues related to its business activities/transactions, claim liability and the advisability of legal rights and obligations. These issues might involve patents, registrations, government regulations, review of commercial agreements with suppliers and other companies, and commercial and legal awareness.
Reviewing the SPA contract and prepare a summary of all points of view (depending on DED laws and regulations)
Reviewing investor Side contracts & Relocation, shifting contracts.
Drafting and amending on SPA Draft and all other agreements and contracts.
Prepare and submit a weekly report to the line manager.
Co-operate with other departments and receive files to take legal action.
Reformulating old contracts.
Communicate with investors before any legal action against them (if needed).
Provide internal legal advisory services on legal matters.
