The Role
OVERVIEW . The Legal Advisor will be responsible for leading efforts associated with the contract lifecycle administration with main focus on standard sales agreements. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES . Review, drafting and re-drafting standard sales agreements. . Working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, carefully obtaining the requirements needed for each contract. . Driving workflow through all contract review/approval stages. . Monitoring contract terms and deliverables. . Serving as a key point of contact for any questions/needs regarding assigned contracts. . Being the preferred interface to ensure stakeholders comply with corporate code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption rules and other related policies.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS . Bachelor's degree required or equivalent through relevant experience. . 2-3 years' experience in similar role. . Fluent in English, other European Language is a plus (French, Italian, Dutch or German). . Strong administrative skills. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. . Concern for accuracy. . Time management, must meet administrative timing needs from customer. . Customer relationship skills. . Proactive personality. . Stress-resistant. . Strong work ethic with constructive approach. . Detail oriented, accurate and reliable. . Tasks driven and results oriented with ability to influence people. . Methodic with analytical skills. .
