We are seeking a qualified and confident

Legal Advisor

to join our dynamic immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally addressing client disputes, escalations, and misconduct, with strong knowledge of International legal systems. Your primary role will be to represent and protect the company's legal interests, especially in situations involving client misbehavior, financial fraud, or breach of agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

1Draft legally sound responses to client complaints, disputes, and escalations, particularly via email and formal notices.

Address client misconduct or threats in a calm, firm, and legally appropriate manner.

Apply relevant laws, especially in areas like contract law, fraud, defamation, and consumer rights.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure client handling aligns with legal standards and protocols.

Coordinate with external legal teams or law enforcement when required.

Maintain proper documentation of all legal communications and case files.

Provide legal support to management on policy formulation, agreements, and legal notices.

Represent the company's interests in any external legal correspondences or settlements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); UAE legal certification (optional but a plus).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in legal advisory, preferably in client dispute handling, corporate law, or immigration law.

Strong understanding of legal systems, including:

Contract Law, Cybercrime & Data Protection, Financial Fraud, Civil & Criminal Complaint Procedures.

Proficiency in English and Malayalam is required; Hindi is an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.

Ability to remain composed and assertive during interactions with difficult clients.

Attention to detail, legal drafting skills, and ability to manage sensitive matters confidentially.

Experience handling cross-border legal matters or working with international clients.

Familiarity with document notarization, agreement enforcement, and legal settlement processes.
