We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented

Legal Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on legal experience in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local laws, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contract law. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company operates within the legal frameworks of the UAE and in mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and support on a broad range of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MoUs, NDAs, and other legal documents. Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE laws and regulations. Assist in handling legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary. Conduct legal research and provide timely and accurate legal opinions. Advise management on potential legal risks and recommend preventive strategies. Stay updated with changes in UAE legislation that may affect the business. Support licensing, company formation, and regulatory approval processes. Handle labor and employment-related legal matters including contracts, disputes, and termination processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; Master's or UAE law certification is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of legal advisory experience in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of UAE civil, commercial, labor, and corporate laws. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
