Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Legal Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience working in a UAE law firm and a Bachelor's degree in Law. The role involves providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and handling various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and opinions to support the company's business operations and strategic decisions. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memodandums and other legal documents. Ensure the company's adherence to UAE laws and regulations. Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate them. Represent the company in legal proceedings, arbitrations, and negotiations when necessary. Liaise with external legal counsel to ensure favorable outcomes for the company. Maintain accurate records of legal cases, contracts, and correspondence. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all legal documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB). or additional certifications are a plus. Minimum 7 years of experience in a law firm in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE laws, including corporate, labor, and commercial law. Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
