Legal Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal support team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional secretarial and administrative support to a group of lawyers within a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient diary and travel management for lawyers
Document production, formatting, and proofreading
Handling confidential information with discretion
Coordinating meetings and client communications
Supporting billing, time entry, and expense processes
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Assisting with court documentation preparation
Updating client contact records and team handover notes
Providing cover and overflow support within the admin team
Requirements:
Proven legal secretarial experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
High level of proficiency in MS Office, 3E, Worksite, and document management tools
Typing speed of 70 WPM
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexible approach with the ability to work additional hours when needed
