Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Expansion & Business Development

\xe2\x80\x93 Formulate and execute strategies to expand the brand\'s footprint in new and existing markets.

\xe2\x80\x93 Secure new sites and properties for the brand in line with its development plans.

\xe2\x80\x93 Initiate and maintain essential contracts, site selection, and budgets, ensuring the brand\xe2\x80\x99s optimal market presence.

\xe2\x80\x93 Secure prime spaces in malls and street locations whenever possible, emphasizing the brand\xe2\x80\x99s prominence.

Site Acquisition & Lease Management

\xe2\x80\x93 Scout, evaluate, and secure prime retail locations, including malls, high streets, and other strategic sites.

\xe2\x80\x93 Manage the leasing contract and legal documentation process for new stores and renovations.

\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with the Operations team, providing property insights and advice during the brand\xe2\x80\x99s expansion planning phase.

\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee internal processes to obtain brand approvals and feasibility analysis sign-offs.

Lease Negotiation & Legal Consultancy

\xe2\x80\x93 Lead lease negotiations for the company, ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms.

\xe2\x80\x93 Offer expert advice on the legal aspects of lease agreements, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company\xe2\x80\x99s interests.

\xe2\x80\x93 Address and resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in collaboration with the legal department.

Brand Market Mapping & Commercial Analysis

\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee brand market mapping initiatives for the organization, pinpointing potential growth areas and market opportunities.

\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct in-depth commercial analyses of potential sites, presenting detailed cost and investment breakdowns to the Managing Director.

Project Handover

\xe2\x80\x93 Complete the \xe2\x80\x98new site package\xe2\x80\x99 meticulously, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are in place.

\xe2\x80\x93 Seamlessly hand over the secured sites to the Projects team for further development and store setup.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\'s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.

\xe2\x80\x93 At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing, site acquisition, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on food and beverage brands.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing prime retail locations.

\xe2\x80\x93 Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and commercial lease agreements.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to analyze commercial opportunities and present detailed investment analyses.

\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
