Job Description
We are a dynamic and growing real estate and development company committed to delivering exceptional property management and leasing services across Dubai. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing & Rental Manager to oversee our residential and commercial portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end leasing process including tenant sourcing, negotiations, and contract management Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets. Prepare reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and financials Coordinate property maintenance and service requests in a timely and cost-effective manner Handle tenant relations, renewals, and dispute resolutions professionally Maintain accurate documentation of lease agreements, tenant records, and legal compliance. Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in property/leasing management within the UAE Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and leasing procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office RERA certification is preferred Valid UAE driving license
