The Leasing Real Estate Agent is responsible for promoting and leasing residential and commercial properties to qualified clients. The role involves managing listings, conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring an excellent client experience while achieving monthly leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Promotion & Marketing
List available rental properties on the company CRM and major real estate platforms.
Ensure all listings are up to date, accurate, and include high-quality photos and descriptions.
Coordinate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility and digital presence.
2. Client Relations & Leasing Process
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, providing accurate and appealing information about available units.
Identify clients' needs and recommend suitable properties accordingly.
Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants to achieve mutual satisfaction.
Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all required documents are collected and verified before submission.
3. CRM & Documentation
Record all client interactions, viewing appointments, and deal progress in the CRM system.
Ensure full compliance with company documentation standards, including Property Visit Forms (PVF), tenancy contracts, and client records.
Follow up on pending leads and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
4. Market Knowledge & Reporting
Stay updated on market trends, rental prices, and competitor listings.
Provide feedback and regular market analysis to management.
Contribute to the monthly leasing performance reports and attend team meetings.
5. Compliance & Professional Conduct
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality agreements.
Maintain a professional appearance and behavior during client interactions.
Ensure all leasing activities comply with Qatar's real estate regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate leasing or property sales (minimum 3-6 months).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Excellent customer service orientation and sales mindset.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus).
Valid Qatar Driving License and access to own vehicle preferred.
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly number of closed leases.
Conversion rate of inquiries to deals.
Quality and accuracy of listings.
Client satisfaction and feedback.
Compliance with CRM and reporting standards.
