We're on the hunt for a dynamic, connected, and commercially savvy professional to lead our retail space acquisition strategy across the GCC, starting with Dubai.

About the Role:

This role blends retail strategy, real estate intelligence, and business development. You'll be the go-to person for identifying and securing prime mall locations -- whether permanent flagship stores, pop-up activations, or seasonal kiosks. You'll own the relationships with mall operators, landlords, and developers to ensure Boutiqaat always has front-row retail visibility.

Your Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with mall management teams, developers, and commercial landlords. Scout and secure premium locations for stores, pop-ups, and kiosks across top-performing malls and retail destinations. Negotiate favorable lease terms and ensure alignment with Boutiqaat's growth and brand strategy. Act as the key liaison between internal departments (legal, retail operations, store design) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless site launch. Keep a sharp eye on market trends, competitor placements, and upcoming retail developments. Create and maintain a retail location roadmap for UAE and wider GCC expansion.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in retail expansion, mall leasing, or commercial real estate within the GCC -- preferably from both landlord and brand sides. Strong knowledge of UAE mall networks and real estate dynamics. Proven success in securing high-traffic, high-visibility retail locations. Excellent negotiation skills with a commercial mindset. An established network within the retail real estate community is a huge plus. Proactive, persuasive, and highly organized with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
