Job Description

A real estate leasing executive is responsible for maximizing property occupancy and profitability by managing the full leasing cycle.

Core responsibilities

Tenant acquisition and management:

Conduct property tours for potential tenants. Respond to inquiries from various portals promptly and professionally. Proactively market available properties to maximize occupancy.

Lease and contract management:

Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants. Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage and maintain up-to-date records of all leasing activities.

Client and relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, real estate brokers, and other stakeholders. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and handle tenant requests during their tenancy. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction through ongoing support.

Marketing and market analysis:

Coordinate with marketing agencies for property advertisements. Conduct market research to align leasing strategies with current trends. Stay informed on local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition.

Reporting and administration:

Maintain an accurate database of current and prospective tenants. Monitor and report on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and key metrics to management. Collaborate with other teams, such as maintenance and legal, to ensure smooth operations.

Key skills and qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or sales is often required. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent organizational and time management abilities are also crucial. Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends is vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or CRM software is necessary. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is often preferred

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
