Job Title: Leasing Executive for Hotel Apartments

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Leasing Executive to join our hotel apartments team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate leasing, hospitality, or property management, and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for leasing our hotel apartments, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and lease hotel apartments to prospective residents through various marketing channels.

Conduct property tours and showcase the unique features and amenities of our hotel apartments.

Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with potential residents.

Prepare and execute lease agreements in accordance with company policies.

Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and client interactions.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to current and prospective residents.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents.

Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless move-in experience for residents.

Monitor and manage occupancy levels to achieve leasing targets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel apartment market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High level of customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and property management software. Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Valid real estate license is a plus.
