We are launching a modern grab-and-go coffee concept in Abu Dhabi and are looking for a motivated
Location Scout / Leasing Executive
to help us scale fast by securing the best locations in high-footfall, business-heavy areas.Target Areas:
Maryah Island, Gate Towers, Reem Island, Yas Island, Corniche, Saadiyat Island
Responsibilities:
Actively search for and visit potential retail units for grab-and-go coffee shops Negotiate with mall and office management Evaluate locations (accessibility, visibility, foot traffic) Coordinate with landlords and legal teams to finalize leasing contracts Track all progress and report updates
Requirements:
Experience in retail/commercial real estate (1+ year preferred) Excellent communication and negotiation skills English fluent; Arabic is a strong plus Valid UAE driving license or high mobility Basic knowledge of leasing/legal processes
