Leasing Executive - Residential

to join our dynamic team at The Pearl Gates. This role is perfect for individuals who bring strong real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective tenants through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and build rapport. Conduct professional property tours, showcasing features, amenities, and community highlights. Manage the complete leasing process: applications, tenant screenings, negotiations, lease documentation, and move-in coordination. Maintain accurate and updated records in the property management/CRM system. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up consistently to convert leads into successful leases. Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Ensure full compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience is a MUST

Strong background in leasing, property management, or residential real estate Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Ability to multitask and meet monthly leasing goals Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if required
