Job Summary:
The Residential Leasing Executive manages the leasing process for residential properties, including apartments, villas, or condos. They focus on tenant acquisition, lease execution, and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end leasing process for residential units. Respond to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and follow up with prospects. Prepare lease agreements and ensure documentation compliance. Maintain occupancy targets by minimizing vacancy periods. Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants. Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams. Maintain accurate leasing and inventory records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in residential leasing or property sales. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Familiarity with lease documentation and tenancy laws. Fluency in local language and English preferred.
