Leasing Executive
Job Description
WeaEUR(TM)re seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to support leasing operations. The role involves managing leasing activities, assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring high occupancy rates. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in implementing leasing strategies and achieving occupancy goals. · Conduct property tours and respond to leasing inquiries. · Screen applicants and process lease documentation. · Maintain accurate tenant records and support marketing efforts. · Coordinate move-ins/outs and monitor property conditions. · Provide excellent customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction. Qualifications: · BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Business Administration or related field. · Understanding of leasing procedures, tenancy laws, and lease documentation. · Strong communication skills and attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management systems. · Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a team-focused approach. Preferred Experience: · 1-2 years in leasing or property management. · Experience in tenant relations and achieving occupancy targets. · Knowledge of local leasing regulations and fair housing practices. · Must be fluent in Arabic.
