Job Description
We are seeking to hire a
Leasing and Property Management Officer
on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:Requirements:
Minimum
4 years of experience
in leasing and property management within theUAE
.Valid
UAE driving license
.Fluency in
Arabic and English
, both written and spoken.Excellent
communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
.Strong ability to manage property files and follow up on contracts and related documentation.
Good knowledge of the
UAE real estate market
.Job Responsibilities:
Marketing and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties.
Following up on lease contracts, renewals, and rent collection.
Coordinating with tenants and property owners.
Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to management.
Following up on maintenance issues, handover, and takeover procedures.
